Payment will not process

My credit card payment will not go though and I cannot use this phone.

checked credit card website, no issues there.

cannot change my credit card since I have a US zip code.

the payment card must either Mastercard or Visa debit card from Canada. 

Alternative; to make payment for regular plan renewal...get to 7-11, Shell gas or London Drugs and buy payment vouchers to cover costs of renewal. Then dial 611 to add them to your account.  If you phone won't work, dial 1-855-4public from a different phone and enter your info and vouchers to resume service.

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes

if your plan not expired or suspended yet and you still have time, please wait a day or even longer before you try again.  When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled) 

but if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
