I have autopay activated and the payment should have gone through (has never been a problem for me for the last few cycles) yesterday on November 1st, and there are things on my payment history (which i'm confused how it works) but my phone does not call text nor am I able to use my data.
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME? I need to be able to use my phone asap
