Oh, are you perhaps trying to activate a public mobile SIM Card @145step . Apparently this option is not available any longer.
If you are trying to activate a sim card, then see @RossN to submit a ticket with customer support for assistance to do this, by the method # 2 listed:
edit, wait, i don't think the above is the case...as you seem to be trying to top up with 611...well, what message are you receiving?
NOTE:
If you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, then you lost your Public Mobile account, phone number, and access to self serve.

@145step hi some vouchers won't activate for up to 24 hours maybe try again later or try to input it in your self serve account alternativly you can
contact a cs agent to input it for you

tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
and go to payment,,, voucher and add it 12 digit PIN #,
