So I have been disconnected after my payment was received by public mobile and they tried to take two more payments from my card even after the first one went through. I have spent hours trying to talk to anyone about why this has happened and I have not had any luck. My phone is used for work and this is a serious matter that public mobile doesn't seem to care about at all. They got their money and cut me off and now will not explain anything. I have lost wages for the day and the money for my plan without any help or explanation whatsoever.
