Payment on file didn’t go through due to insufficient funds I believe so I went to update my payment information and my phone still isn’t working

@Jason2023 Wait a full hour first.
If you know the 4 digits account PIN, try to use *611 and pay the amount due as it has better success
if not, the use My Account but open it in Incognito mode and try again

@Jason2023 - if this was an Autopay failure, log into My Account, then you will need to make a manual payment. Just updating your payment info. will not reactivate services.
