Payment not going through

My payment for this month has not gone through. I have tried paying manually with the same card and different cards and still get an error just saying my payment cannot be processed at this time. My phone has been disconnected and I have no service! 
what should be done? The chat is useless too.

HI @Leila2872  PM payment system is bugging lately

please wait an hour and try again, the wait is sometimes needed for the fraud lock to clear up

If same, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Another option is to get a voucher to resume service first. Please buy one from Shoppers Drug mart and load the voucher using *611

@Leila2872  If in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers and load them *611 to resume services right away . Also you can contact support to help too
