You may need to wait 24 hours if you tried too many times. However, PM's website is known to have cache issues. Go into your browser settings, find cache, erase the entire cache and restart your browser. Then once started, go into Incognito mode and try again. If it doesn't work the first time, then you'll have to wait 24 hours.
