I am not being able to renew my subscription.
I am using the same credit card that has been on file for over a year. The card has enough funds.
I tried to pay via phone (*611), but without success.
Could anyone help, please?

Can you double check the expiry of the card? Are you able to try a different credit card, if available?
Worst case, purchase a public mobile payment voucher at mobile shop , drugstores or gas stations.
These can be added by dialing 611 from the device.
