Cannot process payment, my subscription is paused. Have tried numerous different cards, all of which say "Sorry, we're not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later."

Out of cell service right now this is infuriating.

You can also use on - line voucher from muskbird.com. They’re trustworthy, reliable and fast !

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes

Usually we ask people to  wait a day or even longer before you try again.  And when try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled) 

But since your plan has already expired , instead of wait a day, quickest way is to buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

Dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC to make a manual payment to restore service.

You will need a PIN so you can reset on your account.
