Payment failed, I think?

When paying for my new account, I received an error message on step 6 "Summary":

 

Oops ... It seems that something went wrong .. Please href=" https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help" Target="_blank">email us to get your account operational. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

My "Next Autopay Date" shows as 01-Jul-17

 

Also, I can't log in to my self-serve account with the username and password I set up.

Yes. Have tried three different browsers.

@klm did you try clearing your browser cache and history?

 

Did you try another browser like Safari?

What you do click on link the webpage will open. You will see a mod team click on any name then scroll down all the way and click on send a private msg then explain your problem
