Payment doesnt match plan

So, I was super exxited to join and get my service set up. I got the sim activated and everything set. I picked a plan that included 1g of data. My payment processed for $47. Now when I look at my plan it doesnt show that I have data? Help?

You need a mod assistance
Contact any moderator by private message to help you with the process.
In your private message the following info
* PM account email address
* PM phone number

* Detailed explanation

What you do click on link the webpage will open. You will see a mod team click on any name then scroll down all the way and click on send a private msg then explain your problem
