I bought payment voucher from superstore and i called in *611 to put credit in my account but it does not take any pin numbers on the receipt. There is an error showing up. Please help.

They been having issues with them at the superstore cant get more than same card twice in one transaction.

The chat bot can't process anything. It is only there to answer basic questions and has no access to anyone's accounts.

I don't know about PM vouchers bought at RCSS, but when I was with Lucky Mobile, their vouchers were usable pretty quickly(within the time it took for us to get home from the store, when I would usually redeem them). That, and at the RCSS near us, they didn't even sell vouchers at the Mobile Shop - they'd simply send people to the Customer Service desk to buy them there.

They are not currently in the "voucher catalogue" a user made reference guide. Please feel free to add yours once they are redeemed in your account. If you bought them at the mobile shop give them a call and ask how long it takes to for them to become valid

@tommybreezy try using your browser in incognito or private mode and login to your self serve account to enter the voucher.

@tommybreezy it can take up to 24 hours for some voucjers to become active. Wait a couple of hours and try to enter it agsin. The code is usually a 12 digit number on the receipt.
If it fails. Take a snapshot of the voucher and contact the moderators amd ask them to add it and to apply payment and reactivate your service for you if necessary. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

@tommybreezy Sometime there is a delay so just keep trying it every hour and it will eventually work. If it's still a problem by the end of the day contact PM include the PIN number and ask them to enter it for you. To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking here or the icon (bottom right of your screen).
If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Some payment vouchers aren't activated until several hours after the sale. (Not sure about the RCSS ones).
