Hi.
I purchased a top-up voucher from the local pharmacy two days ago and keep trying to top up my account using the voucher number but keep getting an error message saying that the voucher isn't being accepted (I forget the exact phrase - can get it if necessary). I have previously used vouchers. I have the $25 plan ($15 last month and I'm trying to upgrade this month) and have a $10 balance remaining from an old voucher. I went back to the pharmacy and they said that there wasn't a problem on their end. They advised me to get online assistance so I guess that's what this is. Please advise as to what else I can do to troubleshoot.

@RachelKamala Take a snapshot of the voucher submit a ticket to Public Mobile and ask them to add it for you.
To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking here or the icon (bottom right of your screen).
If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
Please note that account verification may be required when contacting the Moderator Team

@RachelKamala Just make sure that you are entering the voucher PIN exactly and I know sometimes there's more than one set of 12 digit numbers on a voucher, so maybe try all of them.
You can also try dialing 611 and see if you can load your voucher that way.

@RachelKamala try entering it throught the one time payment option in your self service account. If that fails, take a selfie of it and contact the moderators as suggested above by @gpixel and ask them to add it for you. Stay safe.

Moderators are available from Monday to Friday from 8AM to Midnight EST and from Saturday and Sunday from 8AM to 10PM PM EST
