I have a payment voucher but when I enter the pin, the recording says the pin is incorrect

When you get up in the morning your vouchers should be redeemable. Dial 611 from your phone. Once connected press ( 1 ) then press ( 1 ) again. Enter your 12 digit pin number. If successful you will recieve a text from pm almost before you can hang up. For some reference have a look thru our user driven voucher catalogue...

There's usually two 12 digit numbers on them. Possibly says "PIN" followed by 12 digits. Have you tried dialing 611 or via your account by clicking "Make a payment"?
How long ago did you purchase it?
Where did you get it? Corner store or a gas station?
Are you certain it's for Public Mobile? Sometimes attendants make an error and issue PC Mobile which is Petro Canada Mobile and nothing to do with Public Mobile.

I just tried and the recording says it is still incorrect. I have been asked to contact Community for help

There can be a delay for when vouchers start working. I would suggest waiting a few hours and before trying.
