if you can wait, wait a day and try again. If not, at least wait 24 hours before trying again
when try again, please try to use Incognito/ private/ secret mode on your browser as well as try using the public mobile app
if still unable to pay and your account is already suspended , best to buy a voucher from Shoppers Drug Mart and know the voucher using *611 , this can at least resume your service first
