Due to insufficient funds my subscription came to a halt today.
I rectified the funding issue and have been trying for 1-2 hours to make a payment/change my plan to a cheaper plan with more data simultaneously. But I keep getting an error with my payment method on file. It has plenty of funds so it should be a non issue now, and its the same card I've always used so I know it works. I have tried reaching CS but haven't heard anything back in 45 minutes or so and I know they are so busy. Is there anything else I can do to get my phone back in service?

Thank you for these suggestions.
I did try clearing cache and also tried using my iPhone then my laptop, etc. I have not tried 611 but I will do that next. Thanks.

Try clearing your cache on your browser and restart it. Then try again. If this doesn't work, try dialling 611 from your phone to make a payment with your credit card. If that doens't work, you can go to your local store and purchase a voucher. Then dial 611 from phone and enter it in.
