I don't have an actual credit card, so I have been paying with visa gift cards without issue. For some reason, it won't process this payment.

Public Mobile's website has cache issues. Go into your browser settings and clear the cache (lifetime) and close the entire browser. Open it back up and go into Incognito mode and log back in and try again.

a quick way to get it going is to by a voucher from Shopper or London Drugs, then load voucher using My Account or *611
