Payed for plan but Network is still Unknown

Hi, I just payed for my plan like it said to do before Oct 4th so I didn't loose my number but it's not allowing me to make calls!! The sim network is Unknown and service is not running! It hasn't even been 90 days so why did I get kicked off the network.

If your account is suspended and less than 90 days, you need to send a private message to moderator to re-activate your account.
