You can do so via your SelfService Account. Select Payment and then Manage My Card to remove it.

To turn off auto- pay, then you have to log in with your self- serve account. You will see tabs at the top when you sign in, including one labelled "Payment". Click on it. Then you will see two graphics. Click on the right one labelled "Manage Auto pay". Scroll to the bottom and there will be a blue botton called something like "Disable AutoPay". Click on it and you have disabled it.

@Tireland67 Dial 611 from your phone and follow the prompts to disable AutoPay.
