@Scotia_539, all data plans are LTE. The so called 3G data plans are throttled LTE, 3 mbits up and down. If your phone is LTE compatible, it will connect to the LTE network. Note that actual speed performance may vary depending on local congestion.

Is your phone displaying LTE or 3G/4G? If you are connected to the LTE network, check if your on the right plan and if not, select the desired one to be changed next month, not now. If your connected to 3G/4G (HSPA/HSPA+), than your phone isn't compatible with the LTE network or isn't in range of LTE service.
It would be appreciated if you told us which plan you were on to help figure out what's wrong.

How do you know this for sure? Does your phone say LTE or 3G? No matter what, whatever you have, it's running off the LTE network. 3G is just throttled down.
