Hi I have a vocher but every time I try to pay by vocher it does not accept it. Can someone help me please. I had the same problem last month.

How to Pay With A Payment Voucher calling *611:

 

  1. Press 1 from the main menu.
  2. Press 1 to select payment via voucher.
  3. Enter the 12 digit pin from your payment voucher. The location of the PIN varies depending on where you purchase your voucher; however, you will typically find it on the top or the bottom of your receipt. Below is an example, so you know what to look for:

Trying using another 12 digit number that may be on the voucher (by calling 611 or through self serve).

 

You said the same thing happened last month.I hope you got the one last month loaded.

What ended up happening? Did you try the voucher after 24 hours of purchase, which apparently can happen for some voucher to be ready to load.

 

Or, did you have to get customer support to add it for you?

 

edit..do you currently have services? If you are suspended without service contact CSA for help.

But if you are just loading up your account and can wait, then try again tomorrow.

@Saadileila Try using incognito browsing mode to redeem the 12 digit pin. Also try dialing 611 from your phone to redeem the voucher. If that doesn't work, you might have to wait about 24 hours.
