So my plan is due today and I can’t find on my account how to pay. I think this company is forcing me to re subscribe to a more expensive plan. The plan I have now is no longer available

I tried that too. I just don’t understand why today is the last day of my plan I don’t have a pay now option. The only way to do it is to pick a new plan which is more $.

@Sian25 After you have added funds to that card you use, you can message PM and see if they can manually take the funds. This should restore full service and get you back up and running.

My cycle ends today. I have a dedicated card for my online subscriptions and they tried to take the payment before I added money to the card. I can’t make calls but can still text. I guess what I want to know is will they try to take it out again today? There is no pay now button which means I have to pick a more expensive plan to get the same features that were on my old plan

if you can login , then yes, make payment (remember E911 fess)
if you cannot login, you need to message PM and ask them to check the login issue

@Sian25 If you're account s still active (ie: you can make calls , text and use data) the you should eb able to add funds using a CC as @Yummy suggested. This will load funds to the account which will then be used to renew tomorrow. However if your cycle started today, and you don't have service because of insufficient funds, you will need to follow @slusagm 's advice. Perhaps your CC on file expired and thats why this is a first time happening?

I’m sorry for all the questions but I have had this plan for a year and this hasn’t happened before I can log into my account but there is no pay now option.

My renewal date is today. I therefore should be able to renew my plan I have. Right or not? Sorry it’s really confusing

Go to Payments and then either pay by voucher or add funds to your account. You have to have your CC registered with PM to add funds.
As for the plans not available anymore, if you have higher priced plan than $15 then in most cases lower priced plans are not available anymore to some customers.

they are not really forcing you to get a more expensive plan, just the login system cannot log you in and through you are new customer
you need PM to help to login My Account first. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
