How do I request my subscription to pause as I’m overseas. Is there a way I can get refunded for months I was charged when I haven’t use the subscription?

added to what said above, because there is only 90 days grace period for service suspension, if you leave more than 90 days, you have to resume the service for at least one month at around 80 days of the suspension. You an then suspend for another 80 days or so after that one month resume

@Ester2 In the app main page select "Manage Subscription". Then "Subscription Renewal" and turn it off. Next renewal it will fail and stop your service. You have 90 days to make a payment and restart service or you lose account and number. As for refunds for past service? Not going to happen. PM is prepaid so no refunds for unused service.

you can suspend the service for no more than 90 days
just login My Account (use email to receive 2FA -- click Didn't receive code and the choose Send email). then go to Payment, Manage Subscription and toggle off Subscribed
