close all browser and use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically will see verification Success.

Then you'll need to open a trouble ticket, click on https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and enter your question in SIMon. Follow / invent the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button, click on it and a Submit Ticket button should appear. To confirm that your ticket has been submitted, check the SEND box in your private messages; click on the small envelope next to your avatar at the top right of your screen.

Unfortunately that doesn’t work either.

@kosk8085 , try using a different browser or incognito mode. Cache and cookies sometimes gets in the way of things.
