Hello, 

How can i open my account under my email xxxxxx@xxxx.com because i need to upgrade my connection but i forget my password and security questions, can you call me to my phone xxx xxxx.

@guimolivia38  - that down pointing arrow on the top, right of your post is where you can edit.

@guimolivia38   Oracle Dunkman has kindly already deleted your personal information from your post.  However, to go to your posts you just need to click on your avatar or your username (edit: @guimolivia38 )in your posts and will be able to see your posts/responses there.

Were you able to access your account before?  

When you first activated your plan, did you activate in store or at home? 

 

There is no person to contact you.  All customer service is done online.  You likely need to contact customer service agent as described above.

@guimolivia38   First use the down arrow on your post and edit and delete your email and number as you're posting on an open forum.
