HI @jamesweber you can no longer access My Account with your old email?
If you can access it, you can still login for now and change the credit card first.
Or if you still have access to your old email, you can try Forgot Password there
If you cannot reset it that way, open ticket with PM to change the email address and reset password at the same time:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"Then Click "Contact Us"Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
Then after you get the access back, you can update the Credit card by going into Payment page, click Manage My card and then use Replace this credit card to update the card info
