Do you currently have a plan and account with pm? Did you use an email alias when activating your account?

To setup account you need to purchase a SIM and go through the steps.
If you are an existing customer wanting to change your password. Just wait for it to arrive.
If all fails, contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account and change password.
