Paid amount due minus auto pay for first time, it worked!

Just had to share lol. Been a member here since March, had always paid full amount owing, then after auto pay and a couple times community rewards too, I had a few dollars floating in my account still. The other day I took what I thought was a risk and paid amount owing minus 2 dollars auto pay. It worked! And now 0 funds available so everything's at par now you could say!

Just in case anyone else is newer and nervous about that, thought I'd share that all went well 🙂

So is the inordinate amount of times he has lost his phone(s)!  Which was part of the problem but pm fixed this issue in march but it reoccurred 3 more months in a row.....which reminds me i should doublecheck his payment history from last weeks renewal.

Read the whole saga above......

That's odd, but he's registered for autopay?

I usually leave an extra $2 for the autopay reward.....not that i have that problem but the bf has only had it apply upon renewal 2/11 renewals.....so better safe than sorry in his case.

@Pawprints1986 Thanks for sharing. Yup, I pay only the amount left after the rewards discounts.

PM is very good at paying your rewards before taking money out of your autopay cc.

Autopay issue is due to member forgot to update cc info after expiry date.  Always get into habit of updating your autopay cc info as soon as receiving your new card.
