you can open ticket with CS Agent easily at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
- start by typing : Contact CS Agent

- finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
- you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Have you had working service from here with the sim in this phone up until this problem? Did you ever set up the sim security option? What is the exact message the phone is saying?

Hi @ZAZ
what was the error message? there are different PUK for different kind of unlock
Was the phone ever used on PM ? if never but was working on another provider, it is likely asking for Carrier unlock code. You have to check with the carrier where you got the phone from
If it is asking for Sim Card PUK, you can then ask PM CS agent for help
