@SophiaPava If it is a SIM card PUK, you can follow what @computergeek541 suggested and open a ticket with PM
If it is a phone that you used in another carrier before, work without problem, but got the error message when you put the PM SIM in, likely it is a carrier lock and you need to go back to the carrier you got the phone from
If it is a Samsung phone, it could be something you need to call Samsung if the error message is "SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK."

What did the message say on your phone? If it asked for a SIM Network Unlock PIN, Publoic Mobile cannot help with this because that would mean that your phone is locked to another carrier.
If it's the PIN for the SIM card itself (it would have been 1234 unless you previously changed i), you'll need to contact a customer support agent to get the PUK for your SIM card by opening ticket at: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
