Have been trying to get PUK code and sent out 4 emails and yet no one responds.
Very poor customer service from moderators. Wish it would be faster service

The PUK code issue was resolved fast with the resources you guys have.Thankyou for the service provided . As a customer i am happy with service from Public Mobile. Hope you guys continue the great work and keep it going. All the best

Only the moderators can give the PUK code, so hopefully, they will get back to you today....

The customer is not ready for it, I did mention to him about the flash sale going on , but he said he want to keep the same number.

Unfortunately, the wait times have been about 72+ hours for moderators. Some people even longer.
One option is to get a new SIM card if you want. There is a special promo ending today when activating instore. Free SIm card, free 2nd month credit, etc. One customer who was your situation waiting for PUK code, just decided to activate instore (if you live near one of the vendors)
