You will need to contact a CS_Agent to give you the PUK for your SIM. Click on Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent.
If you have a Samsung phone, there is a PUK on your phone and you will need to contact Samsung for help.

What is the exact message showing? There are different unlocked codes.
If you SIM card is locked because you forgot the password, you will need to contact customer service agent:
Send a ticket via the chatbot to customer service agent (CSA) via link:

If that does not work,
Send a private message to CSA through the following link :
