How do I obtain my PUK Code, I thought I finish setting up the phone only to see Locked SIM up top and now need a PUK code

So "the following link" that you provided takes one to the top community page. Not sending a private message. Directing people to wade through pages of stuff to finally figure out how to send a private message is painstaking.
And if the customer is posting here then they already have a Community account.

I have tried and just takes me right back, I don’t want to let out any information, because i do not have a code available and want help receiving it so I can unlock this sim for the phone ! Help

To get your PUK code, you will need to contact the Public Mobile Community Moderator Team here. You will need to create and/or be logged in to your Community account for this link to work.
