Hi there
i've got a problem
w're on a holliday here (i'm dutch) and bought a sim from public mobile with the $50,- plan
w've run out of data so i made a deposit of another $50,- on my account but it didn't fill up the data
i tried to renew the same plan but that doesn't work
do i realy need to buy a new simcard or is there a nother way

Hi there Frank, did you just top up your account or did you select to add more data to your plan. Go to my add ons and data add ons will be an option at the top! Hope this helps
