Hi, I work in a kiosk in Walmart, a customer came in to get the $30 promo plan. Nowhere did it say that the plan was province wide calling only. I did not activate the customer myself so I'm not sure what the plan paper itself said.
This customer needs to be able to call Alberta, what are her options?\
She's understandably very upset by this as she was under the assumption with the promo sign, that "unlimited calling" meant Canada wide.
