PORTING ISSUE ?????????????????????????????

Hello Like Many Others 

 

I cannot send or receive texts to certain numbers . Its seems as though my "porting wasnt successful" When my number is called it goes staight to voicemail . If i had know of the horrendous issues that many are facing i wouldnt have signed up . Now i feel stuck 😞 i have emailed my issue and nobody has even resonded back . 


If anyone cares over there please look into my account and have this fixed ASAP !!! Geeez 

 

Others please advise if these symptoms sound like a porting issue .

Thanks for the assistance everyone ..

 

By tagging the mods one hopes that they can get to what they need to in a timely manner , seems as though they are well  understaffed .. Not hating but everyone thats in the same boat as I am seem to be really frustarated initially ..

 

Has anyone gotten any help by calling Telus ? Do you think that they would be able to help ? Worth a shot ?  Throughts ? Perhaps Telus could pool their resources ?

hi 

when i read all this problems i wonder was i lucky ? I port 3 lines without problems , with the first i encounter a few bugs but i solved it after that it went smooth that line and 2 more, i always check everything that i input and before my move to PM i read a lot in this community about bugs and problems , now i'm happy because i'm saving almost $80 a month for a service that has more data

While you've tagged the Mods in this thread (btw, no need to tag more than one), they'll need more information (and that info shouldn't be posted in a public form). So, if you haven't already, private message a Mod already with the full details. Note that additional messages will just add to the pile they are trying to sort through...but if you were missing the needed details, send another message. And if you don't know your existing Account Number, please call your provider to get it.

 

In the meantime, keep using your old SIM (and plan) so that you have service. Then switch to the PM SIM when this "stuck" port is completed.

 

Unfortunately, other than that...it's basically wait...

I recived a txt from my previous provider with a PIN #

 


I put my old SIM in and recived a bunch of texts that werent getting to me .. Seems like old Sim Card works and im still with my previous provider (VIRGIN)

 

Voice Mail is still Virgin Mobile

how long was it since you signed up/ported?

 

does your old sim work?

 

which voicemail is it goingto Old carrier or PM?
