PMDATA10 add-on incompatible with $34ULCW plan

I was able to add the PMDATA10 promotion to my plan ($34/month, unlimited long-distance Canada-wide) but it's showing as incompatible.  I can't open a ticket because my plan isn't one of the options. Is this promo just failing for anyone not on one of the current standard plans?

My plan will renew tonight and I'm throttled at low speed now.

Thanks for the assist, although how is it supposed to work if the plan is labelled incompatible?  I have another incompatible add-on of 1GB data from my previous plan that has never kicked in.

I brought up your situation to PM staff and supposedly, these data add ons should work for your plans (data plans with unlimited throttled data).  Once you run out of your regular data,  let us know if it works or not.  Thanks

Apparently the gotcha is that our plans have unlimited low-speed data after we use our real data, so any additional data is incompatible.

Yes, it's an unlimited at low-speed plan.

is yours a 5G unlimited plan?  I think the unlimited speed at 512Kbps makes this 10GB incompatible.  

But please ask PM to confirm.   Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

I was waiting for a response from customer service and browed the forums, came across your thread and sure enough, I had successfully added the PMDATA1) to my $34/month phoenix 50gb per month ULCW base plan... And it is greyed out in the incompatible data plans addons area, no explanation and it had added successfully when I did add it a week or two ago... What the reason for this?

As far as I understand,  this promo is for all existing members on a minimum $24 plan.
