Son is locked out of his account. Number has been ported successfully according to the port team. But he is still unable to make or receive phone calls. Port team says I need Public Mobile tech support. Is there a phone number for them?

You can try getting back into account after an hour. Try reinstalling SIM card, reset network settings and rebooting.
