PM scam to my email from the community?

Am I correct in thinking the private message below is a scam attempt? I've gotten a couple of these in the last 2 days...

They read as follows - 

You have a new message from the Public Mobile Community!

Please do not reply to this email. This address is used for outgoing notifications only.

To access your message:

1. Click the link below
2. Sign in to the Public Mobile Community, if necessary
3. Click on the subject title of the message
4. To reply to the private message, click on the 'reply' button in the bottom right corner

It is a spam email from another PM member. Ignore and don't click on link.

You can report it in your private message section.
