I worked for a company that did employee surveys and am quite aware of a few things. And also my TimeShare gives them out.
They can be slanted towards the company, no matter how you answer.
You can answer the same question worded differently and you may not have the same answer both times.
Based on some answers the survey may bounce you to another group of questions and you will not do the complete survey the same as every one else does. Thus a unfair compilation of results.
So has anyone done it?

Yes.
You listen intently and respond elaboratively.
.... or, maybe not.

This survey and others have been circulating for at least 10 days.

Haven't seen it, @LurganIeUk
If you're curious, you could ask Ipsos if they were really contracted by Public Mobile to conduct such a survey.
You're correct, these user-based surveys conducted on behalf of/on the direction of the Company, can generally be designed to get to certain results and findings based entirely upon their line of questioning.
