please i need help i have the sim already, when i went online to activate it i did all the steps,
and even the payment went throu, but now i cant open my account says no account on this email. plus my sim is not working,
i mean the money is gone, but nothing i got in return

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot. If you still have problems then submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.
