My plan had expired, but even with sufficient funds in my account, it won't let me pay. Everytime I try to pay online it redirects me saying "there is sufficient funds in your account", but the doesn't do anything to use those funds to reactivate my plan. It has been suspended for days and there is literally no way possible to get it unsuspended.

Bit late perhaps, but if you can see Available Funds in your account try clicking Change Plan. Proceed to activate now, logout and reboot your phone. This will not work if you are reactivating a grandfathered plan. Whatever you attempt, do not pay again.
