If I can't remember my PIN and am told by a moderator that it is incorrect, how do I find out what my pin is, or change it?

@jackiemac What are you doing that needs PIN? If you're using self serve, you'll never need it. Is the PIN because you're opening a ticket? If you use the chatbot, a ticket can be opened using your self serve login.

Don't remember your pin?--provide any 3 of the following to proof that you are the owner of your account and ask moderator to give you your PIN:
- Complete mailing address,
- Email address,
- Alternate phone number,
- Date of birth,
- Last top up date & amount

If the phone you're using is the phone you used at activation then you might find your PIN in your SIM messages.
Otherwise, they oughta give you more options to verify who you are.
