PIN# to unlock phone

Going to Mexico need to get pin # to unlock phone so I can get a Telmex SIM card while I’m there.  How do I get this pin ?

Who were you with before PM? PM doesn't lock phones, so if you came from Bell or Rogers and didn't have to unlock your phone or unlocked it when you came in, you're good to go.

Use the ? Mark on the bottom of the screen type unlock phone and follow prompts to to get to a support ticket.

Or call Tellus and ask them to unlock the phone.

How old is your phone?  Phones in last couple years come unlocked.  Have you tried putting a bell or Rogers sim in you phone?
