@ca053134 I just thought about what you said am wondering if you're speaking of the voucher PIN. If that isn't working, try again in a few hours. Threre is sometimes a delay before those codes work.

To change your account PIN, you will need to open a ticket at https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat
