Hi my plan is supposed to be $20 a month because I got a 50% off promo for 24 months. My auto renew wasn’t active so now it shows I owe $40 dollars for next month. Can you please assist with this? Thank you

it is just some system glitch, and you need PM support agent to fix that

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
