Given that this is a prepay company, I am sceptical that they will give you any refund. But do let us know the result!

@seyed101 generally, Public Mobile does not give any refunds, and any overpayment would remain on your account and used on your next renewal, like @Mana mentioned.  (More on Available Funds balances.)

However, given that you overpaid a lot, you will need to reach out to the @CS_Agent and ask them if they can make an exception for you.  You can do that like so:  You will need to click here to send a private message to the @moderator_team for assistance. They are Public Mobile support employees who can help with your issue.

In your message please include:

  • PM account email address
  • PM phone number
  • Detailed explanation

hi

I am short with money i can not pay so much for the month. Could you lease credit me back the overpaid amount?

Mayor / Maire

@seyed101 Your money is not gone anywhere, it is saved with your account.

You can simply use it next time you pay your bill at the next billing date (the amount due at the next billing date would be $13 less than your usual total).
