@sanamfrancis if all else fails, the extra money will remain as a credit on your account, and will show up in your "Available Funds" amount when you sign into your self-serve account. Here's more info on Available Funds for your reference.

@sanamfrancis, depending on your circumstance, there may be an off chance that the moderator team could issue a refund on an exception basis. As already mentioned, this is a prepaid service and as such there are no refunds. Worst case, the money can go towards paying the next renewal. What exactly do you mean by "monthly overpayment". How did it the overpayments occur?
I'm trying to figure out if there is something you should change so that it's not happening again, but for that we need more information.

@sanamfrancis sorry usually there are no refunds since this is a prepaid service.
If there is a balance then it will be used paying off your next bill at the billing date.
