Automatic Top-up just before renewal date  is for AutoPay.

If you want not to go by AutoPay (Subscribe) then disable the Subscribe button when you login to your account.

first login My Account and check Payment history to confirm.  Check if the charge shows there and what kind of charge is that

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
