Hi there,
I have an autopay for 3 months on a $120 plan. In September, I recieved a charge for 125 and 135 on my credit card. Any idea why this would be happening? Refunds?

@tshuh, Any chance you did a plan change in the month of September? If you could post your transaction history for the last 3 months (without showing any personal information), perhaps we could descramble the mystery, to see if it is truly a computer glitch.

Billing issues such as yours need to be looked at by the moderator team..send them a private message that includes all relevant information such as your issue, your account details etc.
